SMI has announced the appointment of Catherine Jennings, formerly HR Partner at Ageas UK, to the newly created role of Head of People. Reporting into CEO, Keith Wells, Catherine will oversee career development across the global business, ensuring the manufacturer continues to attract, develop and retain the best possible talent.

With more than twenty years’ leadership in human resources across manufacturing, retail, education and professional services sectors, Catherine has a depth of experience including building HR teams, delivering change initiatives and identifying HR interventions and activities to support business growth and strategy. A talented coach, she brings a proven track record of developing leader competence in senior teams.
