Armed Forces Covenant

At SMI we’re passionate about supporting our Armed Forces and have demonstrated that commitment by signing the Armed Forces Covenant.  We are also proud to have been recognised as Bronze Award holders in the Defence Employer’s Recognition Scheme.  We have pledged to support the employment and training of ex-service personnel, support for Reserve Forces and Cadet Organisations and to show our commitment to National Events, such as the Poppy Appeal, Remembrance and Armed Forces Day.
